Petyt Hall is a beautiful and historic events venue located within the grounds of Chelsea Old Church, just off Cheyne Walk and beside the River Thames in the heart of Chelsea.
The classically designed, air-conditioned hall provides a versatile setting for a wide variety of occasions and can accommodate approximately 150+ guests standing or 80 guests for a seated dining event. The space can be dressed and decorated to suit your individual occasion, making it suitable for everything from Wedding Receptions and Christenings to lunches, cocktail parties, lectures, meetings and Corporate Events.
Weather permitting, guests can also make use of the attractive outdoor terrace and garden. A marquee can be erected within the courtyard between Petyt Hall and Chelsea Old Church to provide additional covered space, creating a great option for events during the warmer months.
For catering, the venue benefits from a large restaurant-standard kitchen in the basement with a serving lift to the ground floor, as well as an additional kitchenette on the ground floor. Tables and chairs are available and facilities including Wi-Fi, a television and PA System can also be provided. Another great benefit for private events is that Petyt Hall does not charge corkage.
Access to the church grounds and Petyt Hall through the Cadogan Gate at 64 Cheyne Walk is flat, and an accessible lavatory is available on the ground floor.
